1. Using Bounce

Bounce lets you combine music, images, video, 3D assets, and other media to create and export visual content.

You may use Bounce only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Your Content

You keep ownership of the audio, images, videos, and other content you use with Bounce.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights or permission necessary to use and export that content. Bounce does not grant you rights to music, images, video, trademarks, or other material owned by someone else.

3. Third-Party Content and Services

Bounce may provide access to content or services from third parties, such as Unsplash and Pexels. Their own terms and licenses may apply to that content.

Bounce may also provide shortcuts or tools for sharing content to services such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Spotify. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms.

4. The Bounce Software

Bounce and its software, design, branding, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bounce. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the software except where applicable law allows it.

5. Purchases

Some Bounce features may require payment. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's payment and refund policies.

Prices and available features may change in the future.

6. Availability

We try to keep Bounce working reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every file, device, operating system, or third-party service.

You are responsible for keeping copies of important source files and exported work.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

Bounce is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of Bounce, including lost files, lost profits, or problems caused by third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

8. Ending Your Use of Bounce

You may stop using Bounce at any time.

We may restrict or discontinue Bounce, or a particular feature, if reasonably necessary to operate, protect, or improve the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and provide notice where appropriate.
